These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and High Ticket Purpose LLC regarding your use of the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Elevate.Social. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and comply with applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must create an account to access certain features. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
High Ticket Purpose LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information or violate these Terms.
Certain features, subscriptions, or premium upgrades may require payment. You authorize High Ticket Purpose LLC and its payment processors to charge your chosen method for all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring renewals.
Prices are subject to change, and promotional pricing may be offered to select users. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
Elevate.Social may collect and remit sales or use taxes where required by law. Users are responsible for all taxes applicable to their use of the Service, including income or withholding taxes related to payouts from digital product sales or referrals.
Sellers on Elevate.Social may list and sell products or services through their storefronts. Sellers are paid the net amount of each sale after processing and platform fees. High Ticket Purpose LLC may withhold or offset funds if fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or refund abuse occurs.
Some features operate on a subscription basis. Your payment method will be automatically billed on each renewal date until cancelled. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the next billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a regulatory risk. Suspensions may last up to 180 days or longer if required by law or third-party payment partners.
All platform materials, designs, interfaces, and code are owned by High Ticket Purpose LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or intellectual property belonging to Elevate.Social without written consent.
You retain rights to any content you upload but grant High Ticket Purpose LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary for platform operation. Content that is misleading, obscene, or violates third-party rights will be removed, and your account may be suspended.
The Elevate.Social Referral Program allows users to earn commissions for referring customers. Payouts are governed by current affiliate policy and subject to change at any time. Referrals must be made ethically and without spam or misrepresentation. Participants act as independent contractors, not employees or partners of High Ticket Purpose LLC.
The Service is provided “AS IS.” High Ticket Purpose LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid within the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial or class action. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly.
